Description: This webquest is to help students become familiar regarding recipes of great entree's.This will also help teach, train, and enable their ability of working under time pressure to test their knowledge, flexibility and skills to become future Chefs and apply it in the hospitality industry in their future. This webquest will give the students an idea of what it is like to be in and around a commercial kitchen.
