This Webquest is designed to give the students an idea of what it is like to be placed in a restaurant. It is a good beginning activity to help get students excited about the Culinary/restaurant life. There are often times when they could get placed in a position with very little training and be expected to be good at it.

Within the quest, there are links that allow the students to learn and watch videos so they can know what they are doing. Often times students that have not been in the hospitaility industry are not real sure or have a  clear idea of what really happens. This will give them a basic idea of what they could expect.
