This is designed for students to learn and understand that it is not hard to live a quality lifestyle that is healthy, fit, and well.  This was designed for middle school to high school students.  From this students will hopefully take home the idea doing one thing alone will not bring about a change in a lifestyle.  It will take a combination of many things.  Among these are diet, exercise, sleep, lack of stress, knowing how to deal with stress, happiness, being content with oneself, etc...  Doing this with a partner is an attempt to keep students motivated because they may not like the steps they are taking towards a healthier lfestyle.  After all, who would want to go to the gym, eat and sleep rigt, and take vitamins, when they could be up late, watching television and eating potato chips?
