What's for Lunch?

Your panel needs to come up with 8 nutritious, affordable, lunches.  You will need to determine things like appropriate nutritional balance for a lunch meal, foods the student body generally likes, cost of preparation,  recipes, etc.  We will brainstorm as we work together to make school lunch a memorable meal!
