What's for Lunch?

As you conclude this unit, be mindful of the information you have gathered and transfer that knowledge to all dining situations.  Will you do a better job making selections in the cafeteria?  What about at restaurants?  Will you do a better job selecting restaurants with good nutritional selections? 

Food can be good for you and taste good too! 

Remember the old cookie monster song - "A cookie is a sometime food."  You can substitute fries for the word cookie, and so on . . .
