Nutritional Sports

You have been assigned to a team of sports scientists, doctors, nutritionists, and exercise scientists.  Your task is to work together with these experts to come up with a plan to improve the athlete's performance. 

Together, your team will prepare and present a ten minute presentation to the athlete.  This presentation will explain how the athlete can improve his/her performance and it will include factual information on why these changes will work.
