Each group member will take on one of the following roles, and will research and develop a plan accordingly.

Personal Trainer

  • Research: Importance of exercise, safety within exercise, and the dangers of not exercising.
  • Plan an exercise regimen including the type of exercise, intensity of exercise, muscle being used, detailed amount of timing taking into consideration starting and finishing points, and the benefits both physically and mentally. 
  • Incorporate other physical activities related to client interests such as dancing, bicycling, gardening, walking, etc. 
  • How to Build a Workout Regimen
  • Brain power and Exercise
  • Healthy Lifestyle

Dietitian

Medical Staff

Counselor

  • Research: Mental Health, factors that impact mental health both positively and negatively 
  • Plan a "meeting" where you will ask questions pertaining to factors/determinants of mental health. This would be an outline of things that counselors may talk to clients about ( work stress, financial concerns, depression, anxiety, etc.) and also provide external mental health services resources.
