        Below is a sample of the individualized rubric sheet customized by the teacher which will be used when grading the formal letter.  In class, the teacher will be discussing each criteria with the student to clarify any concerns or doubts they may have while doing their work.  It is strongly recommended that as you start with your writing, be sure to use this one as a guide to ensure each of the criterias have been included in your writing.

However as mentioned before, any doubts you may have related with the work feel free to contact the teacher.
