Evaluation will take on thefollowing formats, an individual evaluation based on a reflective journal, amedia project rubric and an in-class presentation to your peers. The rubricsbelow will guide you throughout the process.

• The goal of the reflective journal is that you assess your progress. You are encouraged to take ownership of your own learning and to ask questions of peers and your teacher when needed. Think about Diabetes and how it impacts you and your own family and whether or not the information that you have gained along the journey of this project will have an impact on how you will live your life as your grow older.
