Where the Red Fern Grows

There are a lot of important events that take place in "Where the Red Fern Grows". As they happen, we are going to stop along the way and visit the webquest. We'll build our own portfolio of items that help us understand and remember what the book is about.

We'll start by finding own own dream dogs and then create a budget which will help us understand how we could earn money for something that we want. We'll learn how to make a coonskin hat and present that in a way that we can share with others. We'll also get a good idea of the game that Billy and his dogs hunted and the animal that ultimately caused Dan harm. Lastly, we'll summarize what we've read and then make a book cover to go along with the book.
