Continent Adventure

You will be assigned to a team of investigators and will work together to research one of the seven continents. Your team will assign jobs and split up the investigation work. Your group will need to gather information about the following topics:

• general facts about the continent
• major landforms (mountains, rivers, deserts etc.)
• people
• traditional food and clothing
• important landmarks
• animals

You will take notes on the information you find in your Travel Log. When you have finished, you will get back together with your team of investigators to share information.

Your next task will be to create a Travel Brochure describing the land, people and sights we will experience, should we choose this continent as our destination. You will need to include all of the important details, so that you and your classmates can compare the continents and vote on our destination.
