Description: Pupils should find relevant information about Poland before visit this country for the exchange of group of pupils in the frame of Erasmus KA2 project. They have to find out the most relevant aspect of the country: language, religion, capital city, flag, currency ; they have to also outline the most relevant geographical features. As the project theme is the cultural heritage, pupils have to discover tracks of the past also ( monuments, famous people)
