WebQuest
Lemons and Limes O' My
Teacher Page
Intro: Designed to introduce students to Acid and Bases and concepts associated with them. Students will be exposed to real world applications and situations in which acid and base reactions affect their everyday lives. They will discover practical applications of pH measurements and neutralization reactions.
Task: Allows students to work together in groups of four to pool information together to answer questions. Students will be encouraged to teach one another about the subject areas they have been assigned to by the group. Groups will work together to produce a final product, which addresses the idea of "pH balanced" products, precisely shampoo and the importance of that characteristic.
Targeted learners: Middle and High School students
