Working alone students should:

1. Research warning signs for the mental health conditions in their family history. (given in scenario) 

2. Describe the different causes that can bring on eating disorders. Are there ways to prevent these disorders? How can we do so?

3. Identify relapsing symptoms that occur for one of the eating disorders and depression.

4.  List 3 ways for Parents and Caregivers to talk about mental health, and what to do when having the conversation. 

5. Based on the information provided develop talking points that should be discussed in a conversation with your child.
