School : Mental Health

You are a parent to a 16-year old high school student, you begin to notice changes in your child that you feel might have something to do with their mental health. You have a history of mental health diagnoses in your family being depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Before talking with your child be sure to fully understand what mental health is and different myths that come along with it.
