PE Webquest - Deadlift

The task is for the student to acquire as much information as possible on the deadlift exercise; by reviewing information and video from the 'Welcome' and 'Introduction' tabs. Doing a Google search to acquire additional information is recommended. The student should be able to feel confident in doing their own research before attempting to execute the exercise for the first time. This exercise should only be done in the presence of somebody that has significant experience executing the exercise properly without injury.

After acquiring information, open/print the muscle diagrams below and shade-in/circle and label primary muscle(s) group(s) used to perform the deadlift. (please reference/site sources)
