Hello, students. In this webquest, we are going to learn about the barbell deadlift (conventional style). Before we go into more depth, I want you to quickly overview some basic information. Before you complete the activities, click on Evaluation to see how you will be graded.
STEP 1:

- After viewing the video link, write down 5 facts you learned from the video.
- Then rank the 5 facts you wrote down from most important to least important in your own personal opinion
- Think-pair-share with a partner and discuss why you chose your 5 facts and why you think they should be listed in the order you picked
- Lastly, you and your partner will re-create a new list of 5 facts including facts from each partners list.
