Idioms

     Students will:

• Use idioms as writing prompts
• Use internet to research idioms on a certain topic/the origin of certain idioms
• Create a PowerPoint presentation with illustrated idioms
• Use idioms in meaningful pieces of writing: stories, dialogues
• Mime the meaning of  certain idioms they liked and ask mates to guess them
