How Do We Get There? Why Do We Travel?

Here's what you are going to do:

Step 1: Pick 3 places that seem interesting to you. Click on their links and explore the destinations.

Step 2: With your "Web Quest Sheet", answer these questions: the name of the place, country/continent, language spoken, how you can get to this place, 2 interesting facts, and what type of clothing you need to pack.

Step 3: Find a partner in the class that chose the same destination as you. What information did you both find? What information did you not find? What types of activities might someone do here?

Step 4: Go back to your seat and design a brochure. Add pictures, color and your information that you just found. Remember: this is your chance to make this destination a place everyone would want to visit.

Step 5: We will work on Flat Stanley's travel journal during the next class.
