Business Etiquette: more than using the right silverware

You have just been hired as a Human Resources Training Manager for Nashua Global Imports. You will be responsible for teaching the entire staff about business and office etiquette.


You have been hired because you are so knowledgeable about proper business etiquette.  It is your job to create an informational product they can take with them or have access to after the training about proper business etiquette in the US as well as three other countries.


You are also expected to create a presentation to provide to the staff when you present the staff with the product.

 

 You will work with another member of the human resources training team to design the product and present it to the rest of the staff.
