You and a partner have hopped aboard a time machine and transported to the late 1700s in England. Industrialization has changed the face of England in this decade. These major changes have changed the way goods are manufactured and the way people work. The government has hired you and your partner to investigate the changes. It is your job to report if these changes are harmful or beneficial. Determine what new laws should be passed to improve the working conditions and the lives of the people in the new industrial society.
