Making of Paratha Roti (for Pepper Roti)
Introduction
This web quest gives a step by step explanation in the process of making a paratha roti after the dough has been kneaded and rolled into a ball. The process shows the steps after the dough has been rolled into a ball until the dough is flattened, pasted and stacked.
The steps are very easy to follow and there are pictures added for the students as well as any other person to have a better understanding.
This lesson should take no more than 10 minutes in a classroom setting because the steps are very simple and easy to follow and student will have a fair understanding of the lesson.
This lesson is also both teacher and student centered since the teacher will be showing the students the steps to follow and working in groups or pairs the students can follow the instructions in order to make a simple paratha roti on their own.
This web quest also includes an assessment for the forming of the paratha roti dough, the making of the paratha roti as well as the production of the pepper roti.
