  • Have you ever wondered who were the first people to live in the United States of America?

  • Can you imagine exploring a place of unknown history in the making?

  • Could you help your fellow family survive on the bare minimum?

In Europe, before their travels began to the "new world" it was a seemingly unpleasant place to be.  There was government and religious battles, a scarce amount of land to farm, and the Black Death had washed away a vast amount of the population.  The Europeans were looking to America with hope of starting over with lots of economic potential.  As the first ships arrived they realized they were not the only people on this land.  The Europeans have run ins with the "indians," their new name for Native Americans.  Some of the run ins were pleasant and educational others were brutal attacks.  As the colonist settled in, they had to learn how to farm the new land.  For a period of time the colonist had a rough time.  The winters were harsh and population became minimal.  More and more Europeans arrive and colonies found ways to produce crops for trade. Within colonies religious strife and government affairs became dealt with issues.  As crop and trade grew so did the need for a more reliable work force.  The introduction to African American slaves had reached America and the farmers work hand in hand for awhile before becoming greedy and disrespectful to them.  This is some of the first American history unraveling before you!
