Hockey

Now that you have had some time on the ice, I hope you feel that it was a good experience.  Remember that hockey has a lot to offer you.  It is a fun sport to play, and it offers the benefit of improving health through a  mode of transportation other than walking.  It is low impact, fast paced, and exciting to participate in.  Here in Seattle we have no team to root for, however as of recent news it looks that we will finally have our very own NHL team.  We recently signed a 10 million dollar contract with the NHL to create an expansion team.  I hope that this will create some newfound enthusiasm for all potential hockey fans out there, and that this enthusiasm can transition into improving the quality of our lives through fitness!
