Let's Travel to China!

The purpose of this Webquest is for a traveler/visitor to understand the culture of China in sufficient detail that he/she can apply, analyze, and synthesize the information gleaned from research. 

The creation of a 50-slide Powerpoint provides demonstration of ample breadth of a culture's characteristics.  The creation of the "cheat sheet" brochure for the traveler to take with her provides the opportunity for critical thinking and evaluation.

This webquest could take as long as a month if it were integrated within other subjects, or it could be a stand alone assignment that could be accomplished in two weeks.
