Let's Travel to China!

You are a high school English teacher, and you have just been invited to teach conversational English for one month in Shaoguan, China.  Although you are confident of your mastery of English and your teaching methods, you realize you really don't know all that much about China, its culture, or customs.  You decide to educate yourself before you go because you wish to be a good ambassador for the United States.  By preparing yourself, you decide this would be a good time to introduce China to your high school students as well.
