Process
Step 1:
Student 1: Look at the following links. As you view each link or play each game, write down the prefixes you find and their definitions. You will work with your partner to combine the definitions for the prefixes you discovered to create a story together.

Step 2:
Now that you have each viewed the links above and have made lists of as many prefixes as you find, along with their definitions, it is time to create a story full of prefixes! This story needs to be about an important event (real or imagined) that happened more than 100 years ago in the United States of America.
With your partner, you need to use at least 12 words with prefixes used correctly in sentences that tell a story that took place in America's history. Please underline the prefixes that you use. Remember, this story can be based on facts or it can be imagined but it needs to mention things that would have happened in America over 100 years ago. Please include at least 2 illustrations (drawings) to help the reader better understand your story.
