Process
- You will be able to understand what is a balance diet
- You will be able to engage in a game of the food groups.
- Look at a power point on balance diet
- Engage in an assessment worksheet based on a balance diet
- You will look at a video based on what is a balanced diet
- You would use the pyramid in the power-point as a guide to create your own food chart using the pictures given after the video on a balanced diet
- Students will bring the chart which includes some of the foods from each food group for which they created in groups for Mrs. Ramsumair to check next class
- You can view pictures of students creating chart below
