Brett Katz Current Phyical Education Teacher/Coach; Master of Science in Sport Management

The process that took place from Mr. Katz's experience at Missouri Baptist University and the curriculum that was offered in the online couses and the feedback given by the instuctors has been directly related to his growth during the internship phase of the program at Parkway North High School.  Many of the skills that Mr. Katz has learned from the courses include, budgeting in Sport Finance, writing a marketing plan in Sports Marketing class, Liability and Legal issues in Sport Law,  job descriptions in facility management all been part of the development process. 

Mr. Katz, through his experience, has learned vital skills that would help his development as a professional in the field of Sports Management.  Some of the key skills that Mr. Katz has learned include facility preparation, budget management, sport information, event management, scheduling, spectator control, and Liablity and Legal issues all in the field of Sport Management.
