The People of the State of California v. George Milton
Introduction
This WebQuest is designed for students in a high school English class reading "Of Mice and Men" by John Steinbeck. Students should be able to participate in a mock trial based on events that took place in the book Of Mice and Men and come to a verdict as to whether or not George Milton’s actions were justifiable when he killed his friend Lennie Small.
