Explore the Caribbean

This WebQuest provided students with the opportunity to explore a Caribbean Island to expand their knowledge further than the Caribbean Island in which they live. Through using technology, students were able to unearth pertinent information that was outlined in the task portion of this WebQuest. Moreover, students not only put their technological skills to use, they also exhibited knowledge of ISTE Standard Digital Citizenship, which calls for them to uphold the proper protocol as it pertains to usage of the Internet. On a final note, students would be able to share all that they have learned through presenting a brochure they have made for the Caribbean Island they have researched. The aforementioned provided for students to discuss the components of their brochure, which aligns with communication skills (Public Speaking).
