Sixth Grade Social Studies Expedition: Geography, History & Economics
Conclusion
Over and Out, Explorer!
Congratulations explorers you have reached the conclusion of your WebQuest expedition!
Throughout your eight day journey through the World Wide Web, you have explored many critical social studies concepts and learned a wealth of new information! Hopefully you have learned all about the five themes of geography, how history shapes the present and future, economics, as well as, how all three concepts impact everyone's lives, including your own! Let's find out!
Expedition Reflection
To review all of your discoveries and close out your expedition fill in the final column (L) of the K-W-L chart you created prior to embarking on this learning journey. How has the research and activities you have taken part in over the course of your expedition added to your knowledge of geography, history, and economics concepts? What have you learned? What questions are you able to now answer? Also, be sure to include any new vocabulary you have encountered. Use this final column to display your new understanding! After filling in this final column, propose one question for each concept (a total of three) that you would still like to be able to answer.
