The Diary of Anne Frank - Life during The Holocaust
Welcome
Welcome: The Diary of Anne Frank - Life during The Holocaust
Description:
This WebQuest will explore the real life experiences of Anne Frank, a young Jewish girl who lived during The Holocaust. Anne was a normal, happy thirteen year old girl -- she had a good sense of humor, enjoyed being with her friends, was a good student and was a little boy crazy -- until her family was forced into hiding to avoid being captured by the Nazis. For more than two years, Anne and her family, along with four other Jewish people, hid in a place called "The Secret Annex," located in Amsterdam, which was a small attic apartment located behind the family's business. During this time, Anne wrote in her now famous diary, which tells of her hopes, her dreams, her loves and dislikes and her experiences while in hiding.
