Description: We hear it in the news everyday! Americans are inactive and unhealthy. Over two-thirds of our population is considered obese! Type II diabetes is on the rise and at epidemic levels. What can we do? How can we encourage people to live healthy, active lifestyles in order to stem the growth of this deadly disease?
