Geometry in the World Around Us

     This WebQuest should not be difficult to implement in a classroom. The students should be able to follow each step, and easily use the web and Microsoft PowerPoint to complete all steps of the assignment. It may be necessary to guide students through a few of the technological portions of this assignment; however, overall the students will be able to complete the assignment without much assistance.

     This activity would be a great culminating activity. Students can really put together everything they have learned in their geometry course, and apply that knowledge to the pictures they find on the web. As the teacher, your main job is to guide the students through this activity. Have fun with this project, and really let the students enhance their learning by using technology in the classroom.
