Creating a Nutrition Plan

This lesson is about calculating a daily caloric intake, and learning about calories, macronutrients, and other items that go into creating a diet plan and improving general nutritional health. This assignment should be done over three classes. This may take up to 3 hours to complete.

6.3.N Create a personal nutrition and physical activity plan based on current guidelines.
