Creating a Nutrition Plan

Tasks

You must make one day diet plan for yourself, based on your own personal profile and goals. Is your goal to lose weight? Gain weight? Stay the same weight? Are you an Olympic wrestler or do you live a more sedentary lifestyle?  Do you have any food allergies?  Are you a vegetarian?  Pescaterian?  How many meals do you have on a typical day?

Calculate your caloric expenditure, and base the amount of calories you are consuming on this and your goal.  Each person's caloric expenditure is unique!  Each plan should contain the amount of calories, and the percentages of the macronutrients that the calories come from, along with a rationale.  Plans should include variety and be well thought out.
