Nutrition- Food Groups

The webquest  is a continuation of the broad topic, Nutrition. Featured in this webquest are the Six Caribbean Food groups and the nutrients they supply the body. 

Creating this page was time consuming but fun as i enjoy putting information together that will foster or enhance learning.

I do hope you will enjoy, learn and make the information applicable.

Standards

This is a topic that is apart of the New Standard Curriculum and is done for grade three students.

This page only give information about the Six Caribbean Food groups. However some dietitians say that there are really seven food groups; making sugar and sweets one.
