Outside of school, let's CONTINUE to stay Physically Active!

The objective of the webquest was to inspire students to participate in physical activity beyond the school setting.  I hope students will benefit from this and include physical activity more in their daily lives.

Standards

This WebQuest was directed to high school level, grades 9-12.  Although this was directed to high school students, students younger can also benefit from it as well.  Physical Activity is very important t not only for sustaining physical fitness, it also plays a huge part in bettering a student’s skill development such as motor and cognitive skills.

Push your students to include some form of physical activity in their daily lives, even outside of the school setting.  Students need to know how important physical activity is.
