This Webquest can be used to cover Michigan content standards for 5th grade students studying American Indians. Students will need about 3 or 4 45-60 minute time periods to collect data and plan for presentations. Presentation designs will take another 3-4 45-60 minute time periods to design. Classroom presentations will take 1-2 class periods depending on if the class is taking notes on the presentations.

Michigan Content Standards

Other

It is beneficial to give students a lesson on researching before they start this Webquest. Although some items are attached for convenience most of the information will come from research conducted by students.
