Nutrition Webquest

During this assignment you will determine your current calorie intake and use the USDA suggestions to determine if that is an appropriate level for you.  You will then use the Food Guide Pyramid to determine some healthier options.  Using this knowledge you will then develop a new and healthier menu, determine the total calories for your new menu, and decide if your new menu is a better option for you.
