A man is in the ER (Emergency Room) with food poisoning from Escherichia Coli. You must report what food had the E. coli contamination. The man ate a salad at a local reataurant. The components of the salad had been tested for E. coli DNA. Use the electrophoresis technique to determine which foods were contamined with E. coli. You and your team will report back to your superiors with your findings.
