The Food Groups

Your job is to monitor the food that the children are choosing in the cafeteria. You will also need to research what a well balanced meal looks like and what the five different food groups consist of. You will also need to be aware of what foods are healthy and which foods are unhealthy. After doing this research, you will take your new nutrition knowledge and create a list of food items for all of the children to chose from that includes all of the five food groups, i.e. fruit, vegetable, dairy, grain, protein. You will be graded on how well the children do with this.
