General Objective: At the end of the lesson students should be able to explain and demonstrate the breaststroke technique.

Specific Objective: students should be able to explain the importance of streamling when use in breaststroke;

they should list at least three main coaching points for the breaststroke technique;

they should be able to demonstrate the correct arm movement for the breaststroke.
