Classifying Polygons

You are going to study a bunch of polygons today, and using all the knowledge of polygons and geometry that you have learned in our class. You know that every polygon is made up of sides and vertices, and the way we determine a polygon's name is by counting those sides and vertices.Remember, a vertex is a point that connects two lines and the sides are the lines that connect the vertices. Some of the polygons you may know without having to count the vertices and sides, but it is important for the polygons that look a little funky and weird that you are able to figure out how to find their name.
