All About Solids, Liquids, and Gases

Students will learn...

1. All things, living and nonliving are made of matter.
2. Matter exists in three phases: solids, liquids, and gases.
3. A solid maintainssize, shape, and visibility at all times.
4. Liquids have the abilityto change shape based on its container, visibility, and freedom to move.
5. Gases can move about freely, do not have a definite shape, and are invisible.
