Let's Explore the Instruments of the Weather

It's time to put on your lab coats and become little scientist as you explore the different types of weather instruments. First, you must do a little research to find out what weather instruments are and what they are used for. Please include any weather instruments that are not apart of the five main weather instruments. Second, you must be able to identify what weather condition matches the weather instrument. Finally, you must create your own anemometers, choice three different winds such as the wind outside, wind from a blow dyer, or air conditioner to collect data on how many times the anemometer spins, and share information collected during experiment. You will be given a worksheet in the process part of this webquest so be sure to pay close attention to the words and definitions of each weather instruments.
