ReCreation of Sound and Stories
Task
This major WebQuest assessment, will be worked on for 6 weeks, with the final product due in the final Music lesson on Week 6 of the project. Students will be in groups of 3 and given the opportunity to work on it in-class once a week.
To Do List:
- Learn to use Audacity and use the samples provided to produce a beat and accompaniment (intro+verse+chorus)
- Write lyrics (verse+chorus) that fit in with the beat created, based on any aspect of any fairy tale
- Blog once a week by every member of the group about the problems encountered and what was accomplished that week.
- Perform the composition live in class on Week 6 (performances will be recorded and sent for evaluation)
