My Island in the Sun: St. Croix USVI

Over the  next five days students will work both in small groups and individually to learn the five themes of geography, economy and people in relation to the island of St. Croix USVI

• Students will  Identify and become familiar with the region in which St. Croix USVI is located
• Students will compare human environment interaction of the St. Croix USVI with that of New Jersey
• Students will understand the type of place St. Croix is in reference to the economy on the island
• Students will compare and contrast the people and cultural aspect of St. Croix USVI
