Process
1) Choose a recipe in English with at least 4 ingredients. Read the recipe and look at the steps. What tools will you need? How long will it take? Why did you choose this recipe? Can you find a photo? Write a short paragraph about why the group chose the dishes and why you chose these recipes.

2) Find the basic information about the country of your dish. What is the capital? Where is the country on a world map? What are the people like? What is the area like? Write a simple paragraph that summarizes your information.

3) Get what you need for making the dish. What are all the ingredients? How do you buy them in a store? How much do they cost? How much does it cost to buy all the ingredients? What other materials, a stove, pans, bowls, will you need for the dish? Record your information. After buying the ingredients, write a paragraph about the experience.
